不正アクセスによるクレジット請求です。
Googleプレイから￥2500の請求が来たので？？？と思って確認するとこれはGoogleOne（クラウドストレージ ）の料金。一安心して他の請求を確認していたら、「Netflix ￥1980」何じゃこりゃ。
昨年まで契約していたNetflix。確かに解約したのに・・・。
登録していたアドレスでNetflixにログインすると契約はされていない。
メールフォルダを検索してみると4月28日にアドレス変更をした形跡がありました。

Netflixのログインページから問合せフリーダイヤルへ問い合わせ！
Netflixのユーザーサポートさんはとても優秀で待ち時間1分ですいすいと個人認証が進みました。電話窓口で、メールアドレスの認証、パスワードの変更、解約までを一括処理。
とてもスムーズに解決することができました。利用料金も返金いただるそうです。
さて、原因は何だったのでしょうか？
窓口の方がおっしゃるには、「同一メールアドレス・パスワードを複数のサイトで使いまわしていませんか？」とのこと。いずれかのサイトで漏洩したものがNetflixに使われたのかもしれません。
基本的にパスワードはこれまでも複雑に設定していました。しかし、複数サイトで使い回していたので、これを機会にサイトごとにパスワードを変更することにしました。
二段階認証などを利用して日常使う端末からのログインは簡単に、それ以外は強力に自己防衛していきましょう。
使い回しのパスワードでないか？簡単なパスワードでないか？クレジットカード明細を確認して不正な利用がないか？を確認されることをお勧めします。
