３月２４日〜２６日まで北海道のお客様のところへ行ってきました。
今回は新たに「リライトカード」機器の導入をしていただきました。
こちらのお客様は以前よりCTIを使った顧客管理をなさっています。
CTIとは？

電話やFAXをコンピュータシステムに統合する技術。サポートセンター、お客様相談室など、顧客に電話で応対するコールセンター業務に広く利用されている。最近では顧客データベースと連携したシステムが増えており、顧客のプロフィールや過去の応対履歴、購入履歴などを参照しながら的確なサポートを提供することができるようになっている。こうしたCTIを含めた統合型の顧客対応システムはCRMと呼ばれることもある。

電話着信時に顧客情報をポップアップさせてスムーズな対応ができるシステムです。
例えば「宅配ピザ」や「会員制サロン」などで活用されています。
弊社では、このCTIで動作する「顧客情報」を複数店舗で活用するためのシステム開発を行いました。
「Ａ店」のお客様が「Ｂ店」に電話しても顧客情報が共有されているので電話口で色々と聴きこまなくても予約・注文が可能となります。
今回は新たに、「リライトカード」機器の導入です。
リライトカードとは？
うすーーいPET素材のカード表面に印字が行える「ポイントカード」のことです。たまに量販店やドラッグストアなどで発行されていますよね。このカードは表面に情報が印字されるだけではなくて磁気を利用してデータも保存されています。様々な機器が発売されているのですがポイント情報や顧客履歴の参照・編集には専用のプログラムが必要なことが多いです。ソフトがあれば様々な情報・統計を分析したり出来るのですが、このためにまた新しく顧客管理ソフトを追加するのは業務の二度手間が増えるだけです。
せっかく新しい顧客サービスを導入したのに入力業務が増えて人為的ミスが増える・・・
全くもって非効率極まりないです。
そこでイータイムの出番です！
解決策としては、これまでのCTIを利用した顧客管理とポイントカード機器から得られる情報を紐付けて顧客ごとにポイントカードの残高を閲覧できるようにしました。
リライト機器から送出されるデータを分析しオリジナルのミドルウェアを開発したわけです。
これにより二度手間が省けました。
そして、こちらのお客様は以前よりホームページ上に「マイページ」という顧客向けの専用ページを用意されていましたので、こちらにログインすると現在のポイント残高やこれまでの利用履歴、店舗への問い合わせチャットをお使い頂けるようにも改修を行いました。
これによって店舗側もユーザ様もスムーズに履歴情報にアクセスできるよう整備が整いました。
弊社はホームページの制作だけでなくこういったバックヤードのシステムを利用して業務が円滑に行えるシステムも開発しています。
普段はなかなかお伝えできない事例ですが是非ご参考になさって下さい。
